For those on a budget or for runners who don't feel they need a 16 week training consultation, marathon consultancy have now launched a new service, devised to help marathon runners and casual runners wishing to improve their fitness.

With the help of feedback from regular visitors, we have created a series of training and nutrition PDF downloads, to help improve your running and keep you up to date with the latest advances in sports nutrition.

With so much advice on running fitness on the internet, knowing that the advice you are reading is safe, accurate and from a professional is difficult. To give you piece of mind, all training and nutrition downloads from marathon consultancy are written by Personal Trainer Graeme Hilditch.

With a marathon training book due for distribution in the summer of 2007 and the author of a number of running guides for 10 major charities you can have confidence that all the advice you read is safe, accurate and highly effective.

The running training downloads contain a variety of training sessions, predominantly aimed at helping you improve your speed endurance. These sessions have been used on all marathon consultancy clients and everyone without exception has noticed a significant improvement in running fitness.

Each PDF file comprises a different training run applicable to beginners and advanced runners and can be used as part of your marathon training or as a training session for casual runners simply wishing to run faster and more efficiently.
